Go into your Blog Dashboard.
Click on the link labeled "Design" and then "Layout".
Click "Add a Gadget" in the column you where you want to add the badge.
Click the “HTML/JavaScript” option.
In the pop up window, click into the box labeled "content" and paste the badge code there. Leave the title bar empty
